Each portrait is hand-created with care. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for completion, plus 2–6 business days for shipping.

If you have a special date in mind, we’ll do our best to accommodate — rush options are available on request.

Each pet portrait is custom-made and personalised to your pet, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
